Oats and Chia Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients: ½ cup rolled oats 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup almond milk (or skim milk) 1 tsp honey (optional) Fresh fruits (banana, berries, apple slices) Nuts & seeds for topping Method: Soak oats and chia seeds in almond milk overnight (or 30 minutes). Top with sliced fruits, nuts, and seeds. Drizzle with honey for sweetness

 

Grilled Veggie & Quinoa Salad

Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa ½ cup grilled zucchini & bell peppers ½ cup cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice Salt, pepper, and herbs to taste Method: Toss cooked quinoa with grilled vegetables. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoning. Serve warm or chilled as a healthy lunch/dinner.
